Marc Rubin

Marc Rubin has been helping companies to become more customer driven for more than 25 years. He has helped hundreds of public and private companies like Emerson Electric, BP, General Electric, Fidelity and US Steel to realize greater value from their customer relationships. He emphasizes customer driven strategic planning, customer experience management, marketing and sales effectiveness, operations and process improvement, and organizational design and culture to accelerate growth. He consults, writes, is frequently quoted, is in demand as a speaker, and considered to be one of the world’s foremost experts in customer driven strategy.

Marc obtained a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. After three years with an international design firm he attended the Harvard Business School and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration.

He immediately joined Arthur D. Little, Inc. (ADL), an international management consulting company where he focused his consulting activities in the emerging field of customer driven strategies. He served as Vice President and Managing Director of ADL’s Global Marketing and Customer Management Practice, a unit he founded and grew to a peak of over 60 consultants worldwide. In 2002, he left Arthur D. Little, opened Inspirion Consulting, and has been actively helping clients to transition into more customer driven businesses ever since.
